Qi-Gong (chee-gong) is a form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise that uses slow and precise body movements with controlled breathing and focus to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and overall health.

Brain Gym utilizes simple combinations of movements & focus to enhance and rewire your neural pathways, promoting improved concentration, memory, and creativity.

Qi-Gong on its own is amazing. Period. Qi-Gong COMBINED with my Heart Brain Balance techniques to change our subconscious wiring is the icing on the cake! Qi-Gym (chee-gym:) profoundly lets go of stress and anxiety, relaxes the mind and body, rewires negative thoughts, beliefs, patterns, and programming, builds physical strength, and enhances ease of movement, vitality, and emotional balance.
