Brain Gym consists of a series of simple and enjoyable movements performed in an intentional way which optimize functioning of the brain. The 26 movements contained within the Brain Gym® 101 and 104 courses are safe and effective for people of all ages, and bring about dramatic and often quick improvements in many areas of life, enhancing our ability to learn and process information. Brain Gym was created in the 1960’s and 70’s by learning specialist Dr Paul E. Dennison & his partner Gail E.Dennison.
